Using this website
The content on truecodeai.com is provided for information about our studio and services. You may browse it and contact us through it. You may not scrape it, misrepresent it as your own, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Engagements
Every build is governed by a written proposal or statement of work that sets out scope, timeline, price and deliverables. Those documents take precedence over this page where they differ.
Estimates given before a scoped proposal are indicative, not binding.
Intellectual property
Unless a statement of work says otherwise, you own the code and assets we deliver to you once they are paid for. We retain the right to reuse general know-how, tooling and non-client-specific components.
The TrueCodeAI name, logo and this website’s design are ours.
Confidentiality
Anything you tell us about your business or product in the course of a conversation or engagement is treated as confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA before a scoping call.
Liability
This website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability under an engagement is set by its statement of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, unless an engagement agreement provides otherwise.
